Great experience. Jordan was very nice and helped us get the truck we were looking for!
TERRIBLE customer service, asked for a pic since none were posted as i wanted to see it before driving 3 hours to buy it. 2 sales people promised to send them and didn't, had to keep contacting them, finally after 4 days they said sorry for the delay, now it's sold and tried to sell me other vehicles they had that were nothing close to what I was looking for in style mileage or price. Ridiculous, I will never look to them for a vehicle again and you shouldn't either, they treat potential customers terribly.

Purchased a brand new car in 2014. Purchased paint protection, undercoating, and all the bells and whistles. First time we tried to get rust repair done, WE WERE DENIED coverage! They will do anything to sell you a car, BUT THEIR SERVICE SUCKS! I will never purchase a vehicle from Riverside EVER again.
Dealership contacted me within an hour or two of opening the next business day...unfortunately the car was already sold
