They have poor customer service. They do not respond and the owner left my car key in someone’s house that neither of us knew.

I was a victim of a hit and run accident and I am an UBER and Lyft driver so being without a vehicle I loosing out on money every day I couldn't drive, I walked into Riverside Auto on Thursday after seeing the Town and Country mini van online, checked out the van, signed the paperwork and pick up the van on Friday and I was back on the road making money....and I gotta tell you Joshua Cardoza the owner of Riverside Auto in New London made it so easy and fast, he also made a vehicle purchase experience a delight...UBER and Lyf... read more
