This is my first review as we are new renters here. Since moving in anything that has been needed done, has been, or scheduled too. The managers have been nothing but understandable, and nice. My favorite thing is how much of a possitive impact it has had on our family. I came from a tragedy in my home town. Lost everything. Riverside apartments had a nice little spot for me to start over in. They got me in quick and I am truly appreciative of their kindnesses. Great staff! Great neighborhood! Beautiful views. Geese and babies in the summer to watch on the river. It was an Amazing place!
Been here 4 months with no complaints or issues, riverside staff act promptly to Maintenace requests on west second side and staff is very friendly, new management has made major improvements on the buildings and cleanliness, smoke and pet friendly as well. TY
Love my rental here. The view of the river and the closeness to everything Marshall has to offer is the best!
