no waiting forever and the staff is very nice..
I got in early, the staff was extremely helpful in making sure I was both comfortable and taken care of. There was no wondering with what was taking so long or thinking somebody forgot about me because the staff was checking on me to make sure everything was good and they kept me updated on the things I was waiting for. That alone really sets them apart from any other office.
They are friendly and professional. The waiting time was 10 minutes or less to see a technician. The technician was caring, gentle and conform to my pain that was to be examined. I would recommend RAI to anyone needing X-rays. 5 stars.

its a saturday, who wants to be working and yet the girl at the front desk was as cheerful as could be. you could'nt ask for a nicer girl. helpful, and i was a new comer, very nice, . i totally would recommend this imaging to everyone. thanks for your early morning cheerfulness.
