Poorly. The confusion with the start. Scheduling.Lack of bedside manner. The staff is truly the worst professionals I have ever had dealt with from the scheduling over the phone to the BITTER END x2 appt. Back to back. There was confusion between the Kaiser inpatient unit, including Dr 's order verbally & ur staff. Which some how involved me via multiple phone calls to my room prior to my 2 appt.dates. The staff was professional and courteous. The young man that attended to me personally was reassuring and excellent at his job. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing an MRI.
Excellent patient care. When I called with the doctor’s order I was able to make an appointment for the next evening. A staff member called me earlier in the day sending me a text link (which was simple to use) allowing me to snap a picture of my insurance card and send it directly to her computer screen to verify.
