Soooooo many tiny cockroaches in the whole building. I had to throw my furniture away when I left. Judy is great though.
We’ve been living here for almost a year now, and everything’s great. All the doormen are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled pretty quickly, most of the time on the same day. The gym is small but has everything you need, lots of cardio equipment, though I do wish there were some barbells. We really love the rooftop with its amazing view and pickleball courts. My roommate abandoned the lease and left the country on June 1st, 2025. From June 1st to October 4th, I have solely paid the rent for both myself and my roommate in order to keep the lease valid. This was a clear case of lease abandonment by my roommate, which constitutes a breach of contract.
