My rating is really zero stars, but I believe one has to put at least one star. Here is my advice: If you can avoid bringing your vehicle to a dealership, any dealership, but especially Rivershore Ram Jeep Chrysler Dodge Fiat, then by all means, avoid it. I brought my Fiat in, because of a check-engine light. There was no troubleshooting, no diagnosing, and no testing done to justify a $600 repair bill. The new vehicle salesman, Achilles Harte, worked hard to help get me into my next Jeep. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, well turned out , and just generally a delight to deal with. He transformed the often high-pressure process of new vehicle-buying into such fun! I so appreciated all of his time, sincere desire to help, and diligent follow-up.
Great place with excellent staff. I wish they would book appointments for oil changes as it's often the 5th time I go that I can get in without a 2 hr wait .
