Ask for Shaun the Aussie, he’ll take care of you. I didn’t end up buying from him but he was still class, no pressure and new his stuff. If Dodge had a a truck to compete with the Ranger or Tacoma I more then likely would have bought from him. Top guy. Dealership is great to, drive through oil change right on site which is great!
Bought my 2022 Ram 3500 recently, the guys were great! There were some minor hiccups as I bought it online site unseen, but Ernie and his team took really good care of me. I really appreciate they went the extra mile to deliver it to me far away... Thanks guys! I'll definitely buy another vehicle there in the future
Stopped in for an oil change, one vehicle inside and was told there was a 2.5 hr wait as this vehicle was having some major servicing done. If a vehicle is in need of that much servicing they shouldn’t be in the express oil change lane. You might want to rethink your policy on what can me done at the express lane !!!!
