Nicest vets and employees here, they care a lot about the cost of pet care and getting your animal help quickly. They gave my cat emergency surgery two years ago and were so supportive through the whole process 🫶

My chiweenie and I were the 100th patient, so she's become one of their favorites. The first thing I notice about a vet is how the staff treats my pet when we first come in. If they try to drag a dog across the floor by the leash, they lose points from the beginning. At Rivers, the tech got down on the floor and played with her, gave her treats and made friends so she went willingly. She even wants to stop by and visit when we're just walking by! Most of the vets are great, but one of them (Dr. Acosta) weirdly hates dogs. If your dog barks once when they walk in she'll immediately ask the assistant to muzzle them, even if you tell them they don't bite. Super weird. Nice staff though.
Just switched to Rivers and after one appt for my senior cat, I'm impressed. Everyone is kind and friendly, and I felt like this was the first veterinarian I've seen that truly took my cat's pain seriously. They were easy to get into, quick to respond, and very thorough with all the information/instructions I was given.
