Rivers is such a great vet! The ENTIRE staff is sweet, patient, goes above and beyond, and genuinely loves animals. Sergio is a top tier person, and has helped me SO MUCH through surgery and other complications i would’ve otherwise been left in the dark about. Cannot recommend them enough!
I’ve been to all of the vets in the area and Rivers is far and away the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to. They truly care about the animals and go above and beyond to ensure people have the best science-backed advice and options for their pets. They don’t upsell the way some others clinics do. Don’t hesitate, go to Rivers first. Dog dentistry, removal of assist and treating their persistent limp.
I have been contemplating writing this review for a while because I know they are a small business, but I think at this point I should share my experience. I took my cat, Joni, to Rivers Vet in 2024 shortly after rescuing her from a very crowded shelter. She was very sick, and her main symptom was chronic diarrhea. I will always be greatdul for the staff at Rivers Veterinary during this trying time with my sick dog.. I will never forget them .
I hesitated to write this review but like a few others I had a terrible experience that hurt my dog's care and have to warn other pet owners. My wife and I brought my dog in with a hurt leg. We went through seeing the vet and got x-rays. The procedure was for Rivers to send the x-rays to their ortho team for consultation. We never received the consultation. Instead the manager, Sergio, who is a tech and not a trained and licensed veterinarian, told us he "did us a solid" and talked to his ortho friends and "confirmed" that o... read more
