I have been with this company for almost 4 years. Excellent company and customer service, but today I went as always to test my water at the Villa Rica location and they charged $10.00, I was really surprised because is said free test, now the young ladie there inform me that I need to buy the chemical which I always doo but, she said if I do not by the chemicals there I will need to paid the test water, mind you I went there 3 days ago and bought some chemicals. Employees are always helpful. I was having trouble with my pool still having a greenish tint even though all the chemicals were right. Hannah and a tech in store recommended trying this pool perfect. It worked wonders! My pool is gorgeous! Thanks guys!
