I give rivers investments a 5 star rating Ronald has been the greatest !! I was a tenant of his for 15 years prior to being able to purchase my home as a landlord he would have any problem resolved within a 24 hour period such a pleasant man I would recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a home if I could rate this business as a 10 I would .
Horrible landlord. He patches up his houses. Very cheap slum lord. I wouldn't advise doing business with this company.
Bought my first house from them, was treated like family.
