Top shelf staff at this location. Everyone went over and above to help me with anything I needed. Baristas are professionals. Bar staff friendly helpful.
I have been a repeat customer. I was just refused a cancellation of a prepaid reservation without the opportunity to reschedule to a stay when I can use it or receive a credit for a future stay. Buyer be ware.
Spectacular service all the way around! Could not beat the stunning view of the river from our room (photo attached.) I spent an evening writing in the lobby and my pen ran out of ink. I asked the front desk person if I could have one of their hotel pens. She gave me one of their branded pens, then found me about 10 minutes later and said, “I saw that the pen you were using had been a certain brand. Great location near downtown without the difficulty of downtown.
My husband and I stay here every time we go to Portland, but this unfortunately will be the last. We went in August, paid $300 a night for the room to include “breakfast” for two days. The hardware in the bathroom was falling off both the sink and the toilet paper holder. Things you don’t expect in a luxury hotel. The power went out an hour into being in the room and was out all night. We couldn’t sleep because it was way too hot, couldn’t shower, couldn’t do anything after being in the car all day.
