Mark at the front desk was such a life savor. We arrived unexpectedly a day early into town after a 16 hour drive. I was barely conscious as I walked into the lobby at 2:30am. Luckily Mark was on his A game because he was able to get us into a room for the night and make something work for us so that we could get some much needed sleep. I know it couldn’t have been easy, but I will never forget his kindness. We are here for our wedding trip and when we return we will always stay at the Rivers Edge. Thank you Mark!!
Awesome location and great service. Will come back again!. Tis stay also let us experience an unusual event. We were in the parking lot across the street and started feeling burning sensation in our face and eyes. I thought it was probably a chemical burn somewhere close, colorless, odorless. Started getting a little concerned and ran into the hotel with family. Later came to know that it was tear gas. Apparently there's a Tesla dealership and an ICE facility down and street ..enuf said.
