Enjoyed my stay here! Quiet (exceptbeing next to the ice machine). The morning view of the river while having coffee on the balcony was recharging! Everyone was welcoming and friendly!
We had a really enjoyable stay. Our balcony overlooked the Willamette River and we walked each day on the Greenway Trail alongside the river. Our room was nice but the age of the space is starting to show through. The staff was respectful and ready to help as needed. The breakfast was ordinary and the decaf Americano I had was not very good.

UPDATED - The customer service (or lack there of) is further highlighted by your response containing no deatils on how to get ahold of you. Our experience here was not great. First was checking in, one of my biggest pet peeves is when people do not acknowledge your existence when you're standing there to check in. There were 3 people at the counter. 1 guest in front of us checking in and no one could be bothered to even look up. Once we finally got checked we went to our room, where we found ever station on our TV was black.... read more
