I was going to use Rivers Edge until they started bad mouthing other businesses. Typically, if a business doesn’t s doing well enough it is not necessary to bad mouth others. I had placed my order and then called to cancel it after I learned I could have the same job done by TNT for $2,000 less. TNT was awesome to deal with. Prosource was a $1,000 less than Rivers Edge. Of course, I didn’t find out the quality of Rivers Edge workmanship. The negativeness about others was very distasteful!!
Rivers Edged completely transformed our kitchen!!! The communication was excellent from start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied! The pricing and selection couldn’t have been better. We couldn’t be happier, the installers were meticulous making sure everything was perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend Rivers Edge and we will never use anyone else!
Great company, great prices and beautiful products! They were helpful, efficient and fast! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and he and his workers are so very nice!
I've seen the other reviews and there are really good reasons why they have those reviews. Trust me when I say they have resolved or fixed those issue. My experience was stellar to say the least. This is by far one of the easiest companies I've dealt with for renovation work. It very easily could have been super complicated since they were in the process of moving their offices, but Dustin Anderson made it super easy. Caution do not use this company. Their sales person Carly was the most unhelpful person I have ever done with and once we asked for $20,000 back the owner Jeremiah called us and promised us that he would walk us through. We would have the best experience he would be there for us every step of the way I can add pictures of unanswered text messages still to this day from Jeremiah.
