I've seen the other reviews and there are really good reasons why they have those reviews. Trust me when I say they have resolved or fixed those issue. My experience was stellar to say the least. This is by far one of the easiest companies I've dealt with for renovation work. It very easily could have been super complicated since they were in the process of moving their offices, but Dustin Anderson made it super easy. Caution do not use this company. Their sales person Carly was the most unhelpful person I have ever done with and once we asked for $20,000 back the owner Jeremiah called us and promised us that he would walk us through. We would have the best experience he would be there for us every step of the way I can add pictures of unanswered text messages still to this day from Jeremiah. I went through Lowe’s and they subcontracted rivers edge. The granite looks amazing however our install was the complete opposite of smooth. We have shims on the entire countertop except for one spot. It’s not just one shim either it’s about 3-4 shims which is completely unacceptable and they are sticking out with big globs of glue exposed as well… to top it all off with the one counter was installed too far over and now my stove doesn’t fit back where it needs to go.

Great sales pitch in the beginning from Dustin, but after that the communication was horrible. Took months to get the counter tops in then they did not do a good job installing them. Had to have them come back 4 times to fix what they messed up. After 4 times we decided to have another company come do it the right way. Once they got their money their lack of concern for the job went to the way side. I would recommend using another company if you are wanting the job to be done right.
