Among 1st groups of people to move in & 1st year was great .. after that it went downhill fast! They rented to groups of students & they would 'invite' other students to kind I. With them & tell management they were only visiting & not staying. They selectively enforced rules, upkeep was minimal & rugs were always stained & looked a mess even ifthey were vacuumed. They did nothing when students & their guests crashed private parties, even helping themselves to our food. There wa too many other instances where 2 sets of rules... read more
