I am very happy that I reside here now- To be a very new tenant, in a beautifully safe, serene, yet quaint setting, all while being picturesqúe, is amazing! Joe, Denise, n I've met Tammy are very polite, profesional, and plesant- I appreciate that! Rivers Edge is a beautiful community. I have been residing here for almost a year and the property and its staff are fantastic. The community is well maintained and everyone is accommodating and friendly. Wonderful place to live
I moved here on a whim about a year ago, after my original plans fell through. I have been so pleased with our experience here, and couldn’t imagine living where I had originally planned! The location can’t be beat, with riverfront views and tons of restaurants, shops, and community events within a 10 minute walk. Apartments are beautiful and fairly priced - with options for many types of budgets. While maintenance needs have been limited, any issue we've encountered has been fixed immediately and properly. This place is an absolute gem. Location is excellent, smack between Watervliet and the most viable area of downtown Troy - you can walk to Riverfront Park in less than ten minutes. The island, itself, is very convenient, with the plaza across the street offering a cafe, higher-end restaurant, and a liquor store (offering discounts to island residents 👀).
