Fix the power outage issue, literally happens every two months, so annoying
Very nice apartments
We lived at Rivers Edge for 2 years and absolutely loved it there. The maintenance team was so nice and came the same day/next day for any issues we had, the leasing office was always kind (high turnover but every person was still great to work with), and the apartment itself was well-managed and quickly became our home. My only complaint was the parking situation-it was so hard to find a spot any time after 5/6pm-the only spots available then were down near the leasing office! There is a system where you enter your issues that need to be addressed on the website. Maintenance is quite speedy to get back to you as to listen to the details of your problem take take care of them ASAP. Rob is the head of maintenance and is a gem. He is always quick to get get back to us & help us out with whatever we need. We are getting a little older now & he is always there to help. Don't let Rob go...!!!
