Maintenance is quite speedy to get back to you as to listen to the details of your problem take take care of them ASAP. Rob is the head of maintenance and is a gem. He is always quick to get get back to us & help us out with whatever we need. We are getting a little older now & he is always there to help. Don't let Rob go...!!!

James and Demetrius are outstanding Maintenance workers; They are experienced and thorough- I had a new fridge, in a timely fashion and without delay- Thank You Rob for ordering it, and I'm very happy with the new one!
