I might change my opinion once they clear up this rent. I paid my rent for June on the 1st. They have a new app they're using. I called the office to make sure the payment went to the right place and right apartment. They sent me a letter on Friday saying I'm delinquent in my rent and I have to pay more. I'm not paying rent twice. Smh.
I used to live here, and I would never want to have a hole in my roof again. I requested someone to come out and check it on December 14, but no one ever arrived. When I went to the office, they told me they had not received any requests. My apartment ended up with mold because rain came inside. I don’t want to experience that again.
I love Mrs. Joseline. She is always understand to her tenant if your trying. She is all about business and very professional at all times. She is like an Aunty to me.. I’m thankful to have her in my life.
Mrs Joseline, is a Godsend. She works hard for her tenants and understands that life happens. She works very hard to keep peace and order. I am truly appreciative!!!
