It’s taken me a while to write this because I have such mixed feelings about Rivers Bend. When I found their PHP, I was in a really bad place. I had already tried multiple mental health settings, including another PHP that made me feel like a burden, a number, or an insurance payout. Rivers Bend was completely different. I am so incredibly grateful for the staff at River's Bend West. I participated in their PHP program. Getting help is hard but River's Bend will make sure you are comfortable and have the tools you need to succeed in your healing journey. Alana and Maggie are fantastic, knowledgeable therapists If you need some help but aren't quite in need of hospitalization, this place is a great option. Thank you! My daughter attended Rivers Bend for IOP and individual therapy, and after our experience, I would not recommend this practice for minors. We spent approximately $4,200 on group therapy, individual sessions, and the assessment. Despite that investment, communication with parents was extremely disappointing. One group therapist never once reached out to me as the parent but regularly discussed treatment matters directly with my minor child.
