Me and my friend were supper excited to tour these apartments we had just toured for the first time ever 1 other place prior to this one and was expecting the same if not a better experience but as soon as we arrived it felt very rushed and unwelcoming. I rented there from October 2024 to october this year 2025. I absolutely loved it there. Never had issue, nice neighbors , the maintenance people are amazing and the property managers were always so sweet but always helpful. I was able to get a home with my husband and stepdaughter but didnt leave for any other reason. Was so nice and the view of the river n mountains is absolutely beautiful. The Good: The management and service staff are very responsive, and do their best to make the best of what they are given. Great team! The Bad: 1. Road noise. While the location is ideal for access to highways, the noise is unbelievable. There are no sound barriers, and the Duportail Bridge is becoming one of the highest traffic areas in all of Richland. Avoid Riverpointe at All Costs Living at Riverpointe has been nothing short of a nightmare. The property looks decent on the outside, but don’t be fooled everything goes downhill fast once you move in. Trash is constantly piled up, especially around the dumpsters, and during the summer it smells absolutely awful. No one seems to take responsibility for keeping the place clean. During the winter, the roads and walkways were never cleared, making it dangerous just to walk to your car. Noise is a huge issue. The walls are paper... read more
