This was an OK starter place. Kind of expensive for what it is. There were dogs off leash all the time, poop everywhere (sidewalks! Not just the grass) tenants were not picking up after their pets. I got attacked by one of the tenants dogs with no assistance from management to handle the tenant who owned the dog. I work in personal injury, so I’m familiar with this. I didn’t file suit. After several complaints to management, and no change, I moved from this property.
When I moved in archer of 2025 I love it here and the management team was top notch. Now over a year later not so much. Recently there is high turnover in maintenance and while things do get done timely its often not done correctly amd you will have to call them back in. They are friendly and the sub par work is probably an ownership thing more than staff. Melissa Kelly was an excellent manager. Do not live in apartment M. You can hear cars and they are so loud. Or any apartment close to the highway.
I have lived here for almost a year and it’s been so awesome here hot tube open till 10 and the office is so nice the staff is always on point and take care of the whole property overall the best place I have lived
