It seems expensive, but I am new to this part of the country. There is a lot of money in this area, and the working class wages are the same as Indianapolis. I can hear conversations from my neighbors, but they have been considerate. The hot tub is not available much, and the pool is only open when it’s so hot that I don’t want to be outside. It's not worth it for the price, even with their promotions. Be aware of hidden fees not made apparent before signing the lease, such as service fees, amenities, and pest control. You would think that would be included in the rent. The apartments are not well maintained. You will have to request for maintenance to come and fix things constantly. We opted for an "updated" unit, which we are finding is always in need of fixing. I've lived in a similarly priced apartment and can count in 1 hand how many fixes were needed in the... read more
