Terrible experience!! Went one time to evaluate what was wrong with me I was told depression so I was prescribed on meds for it. My doctor was good doctor Burt so I have no complaints about him. So I was scheduled to come back in two weeks on the 16th of April so I did checked in paid my $30 copay sat down for over an hour after seeing people go back seeing the same doctor after they checked in after me so I go to the receptionist tell them what’s going on. I see Mrs. Cooke at this office and she is the sweetest lady ever. She takes the time out to listen to my problems and find what's best. I travel all the way from Hampton to see her and I enjoy my visits. The front desk ladies are nice as well. They acknowledge my two small children when I bring them. Very comfortable office.

After so many dissapointments with this place, I walked away from this place today and will be finding a new one. I have waited over 40 mins the last two times I came for an appt. (IM ALWAYS ON TIME), in an essence, my appointment consisted of me standing &waiting in the hallway-the lobby was crowded and stuffy, smelled like an ashtray!--all 40 mins, even bugged the front desk folks to let "Angel" know I was there waiting. NOTHING indicates this firm is closing, but judging from the unsatisfactory reviews I can see the reason! I called. The lady answering the phone was quite snippy about the closing of the firm. I told her that I did a Google search for “sliding scale counseling” but she was curt in telling me about the closure. As well, when asked for a referral elsewhere she said, “It’s your problem!” and hung up the line. No wonder you have low ratings and reviews AND going out of business. You have no sense of caring!
