What I am going to tell you is Jocelyn and Kinsey in the leasing office, along with all of the maintenance staff, are incredibly personable and have gone above and beyond for my partner and I. A new property management just took over in December, and they have been doing a ton of work to make Riverpark a better place to live! Jocelyn, Kinsey, and the on-site maintenance staff have really made the experience great! They’ve been extremely helpful and attentive. You can tell they really care about the residents here and want to make things better for us! We were really considering moving before Fairfield took over but thanks to all the wonderful people who work here we’re excited to stay for a while.
I’m new to Redmond and toured here with Kinsey, she was fantastic. She was very welcoming and taught me a lot about the area and the community. I had a million questions and her and Jocelyn were so accommodating and knowledgeable. It hasn’t been easy moving and finding new housing but these girls made the process much easier!
I had posted a review a few years back about how terrible equity was at communicating to the point where they allowed a 3rd party contract company to enter my home and into my closet with less than 24 hours notice which was an insane breach of my privacy and made me super uncomfortable as a woman. I moved back to riverpark when I found out it was owned by a new company, they have been nothing but kind, helpful and communicative and are really trying their best with the dumpster fire equity left them.
