River Park Apartments in Redmond has really gone downhill and fast. First of all, the building gym has been out of service for over two weeks now, and there's been zero communication about fixing it. Many residents, including myself, rely on it for early morning workouts before work. If we’re going to end up paying for a separate gym membership, then what exactly are we paying these high rents for? Riverpark used to be a well-managed apartment complex until the current administration took over. Unfortunately, their leadership has created more issues than they have resolved. For example, we were initially informed that the lounge in Apartment A could be reserved for private events. However, the new management has changed the policy without notice, making it first-come, first-served. I have been there for 2 years. After moving out, they charged me an expensive cleaning cost, even though I have already hired a professional cleaning service.

We’ve lived at Riverpark since Nov 2024. We moved from an apartment in Seattle, First Hill neighborhood. Unfortunately the theft is worse at Riverpark than in Seattle. The package room has items stolen daily - residents have seen people in ski masks taking packages out of the package room. The bike room has bikes, trailers, and parts stolen very frequently (our one bike has had parts stolen off of it 3X now).
