Friendly, clean, and a great location *(a few months later) My refrigerator died and they quickly replaced it with one they had on site. The old one had a water dispenser, the new one didn't. Most landlords would leave it at that, but they went ahead and got me a new Brita pitcher. Unexpected and appreciated.
awful/unresponsive management, elevators always down, rampant package theft
As a current resident of Riverpark, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone. Since we moved in, we have been consistently exposed to marijuana smoke from our neighbor every night. (Out of the last 25 nights, only 3 nights our neighbor didn’t smoke). Despite the fact that this is a smoke-free apartment, and multiple reports to the leasing office, the issue has persisted.
