I have always found my visits with Dr. Rivero to meet all my expectations. His staff is always kind and professional and have always tried to help and accommodate me.

Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor’s office has been consistently disappointing. The front office staff routinely fail to relay messages to the doctor, resulting in unnecessary delays and lack of follow-up communication. Even more concerning is their refusal to refill essential medications, including asthma prescriptions that are critical for managing chronic conditions.
