Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor’s office has been consistently disappointing. The front office staff routinely fail to relay messages to the doctor, resulting in unnecessary delays and lack of follow-up communication. Even more concerning is their refusal to refill essential medications, including asthma prescriptions that are critical for managing chronic conditions. This doctor is an HMO doctor. When you are very ill, he wants no part of you. On my last visit, he treated me horribly, to say the least. This guy knows very well the meaning of capitation.
