If you don't let him schedule an MRI at your first appointment follow-up from the ER Rhonda his nurse could care less. She doesn't return calls or schedule MRIs like her job description requires. I am sure he is a fine doctor. He just needs better more efficient employees with empathy for those of us who thought time heals all wounds. It doesn't.
If I could give this office less than 1 star I would. My daughter went to an “office visit” for less than 15 minutes. I was billed $150 deductible for a surgical procedure. The total bill $603.00 I called the office referencing the $150.00 copay since I DO NOT have a $150.00 office visit copay. Dr. Riverio’s office said this is how they “can” bill and will not alter the bill even though it was an office visit. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They will and can bill how they see if fit even it wasn’t done!!!!
Dr.Rivero replaced both of my knees within 2 years of each other and haven't ever had any pain or problems from either one Thank God for Drs like him!!!
He did my knee on June 6th. I am in love with it! I am ready to do the right one now. There was no more pain after the surgery. I also have a very small scar. I will have dr rivero this next time also.
Very rude and tried to do surgery on my kid....after seeing a hand specialist we were informed had we done the surgery we would've had to have it redone several times as he's still growing and you don't do surgery around growth plates... always get a 2nd opinion.
