Great staff, got me in very quickly. The area is quiet and amazing.

Been here a few days now and I LOVE IT. The apartment is super quiet, clean, no critters, and smells good. All the appliances and counter tops seem brand new. The neighbors in my building are all quiet and respectful. The laundry is clean, works with an app, and is located on the second floor. There is a pool which I havent used yet but it seems nice. There is a pond at the end of the street and convenient access to Rish Run and the Olentangy Trail. This side of the neighborhood seems safe compared to many other areas. Kroge... read more
Literally the worst apartments ever. Management is a joke. Maintenance came in my house unannounced while I was in the shower and then blamed it on the fact that the tenant underneath me wrote the wrong apartment number on his work order request. Why not cross reference just to be sure?! They gave me a 30-day notice to vacate because of my dog barking when I had proof it wasn’t my dog. I paid to take my dog to a sitter when I went to work every night and STILL was blamed for barking when he wasn’t even there. I left within t... read more
Got my 1st apartment here. EVERYTHING was horrible. Maintenance helped themselves through my door while I was at work, while my pregnant fiance was in the shower. I called to inquire on the random entry.... was met with alternative questions ( is she on the lease? Ya gotta add her.... blah blah ) the " newly" renovated appliances were horrid. Ultimately decided not to renew my lease. Moved the day off is ending was apparently charged for 2 more months and was contacted by a lawyer for an eviction hearing. Stay away, check th... read more
