Disappointed and felt took advantage of. All they had to do was communicate with me, which they chose not to. They chose to have high communication when requesting payments and invoices. However, what they told me they were going to do, they did not. They CHOSE to make changes on their own, without my approval or consent, they chose to not communicate and ask opinions or approval of the client who is actually paying them for their services.
