The Veterinarian working the evening of 04/25/2020 was beyond condescending with horrible bed-side manner. Having to put our precious dog of 20 years down, she showed zero empathy. Might I also say, we couldn’t even be in the room during the process. After passing, her collar wasn’t even taken off before she was packaged up. With the amount of crap coming out of this vet’s mouth, she’d do better working on a garage truck. 0/10.
RecommendedI needed Teifexus for my pups and Riverlands made it so simple due to the social distancing! I called them and told them what I needed, paid over the phone and called them when I arrived and someone brought it out. Thanks Riverlands!!!

So thankful to Riverlands Animal Hospital!!! They are the closest 24hr service to us located an hour away and they took such great care of my girl. They were ready for her the second we got there and we were on our way within 30 minutes. Highly recommend if anyone has any emergencies with their little fur babies!
Last Wednesday we rushed our dog there after he was hit by a car. He bled out before they could do the xrays to see if there was internal bleeding. They were so nice and understanding. They gave us time with him after and cleaned him up in case my daughter wanted to say goodbye. I couldn’t be more thankful for their love at such a hard time for my family. I will be forever grateful!!!
Back then I would recommend this Veterinary Hospital, but now I would not. I’ve had two incidents with different employees at the front desk that have disgusting attitudes. If you don’t like your job then go somewhere else! Very heartless people when it comes to animals. Talked to the manager, she was very professional and will hopefully do something about this.
They need to learn how to speak to people who are dealing with a sick pet. I told the person that answered the phone that I don’t have money for a lot of test. Her response was “ do you want to see your pet die”. I will never go there!!
Dr Garon is HoneyRose’s Doctor. She is fabulous, compassionate, and a super Vet. My pups love her, so much. Her staff is great, too.
