RecommendedWe brought our 2 year old German Shepherd Blake for an Emergency Visit. We were taken to a room and waited for our turn as they had one patient before us. The Vet took his time and checked him over. They ran bloodwork and we received a diagnosis. Got some meds and were out of there. Service was really quick and the staff were very nice. Would definitely recommend.
I moved to the area about a year and a half ago and was looking for a vet closer to my new home. My dog became ill and soon Dr Carr diagnosed her with lymphoma. She didn’t have much time. The compassion and the time and dedication that Dr Carr put into Sky was above and beyond. Could not have asked for better. And Dr Allison has also been wonderful with our new puppy. It's been 3 weeks and 1 day since I brought my Phoebe to Riverlands on a Sunday morning after being up with her all night not being able to keep anything in her tummy. She had been being treated here for quite a few years between her diabetes and her fatty tumor, that eventually got the best of her and was suffering greatly which I swore I would never allow her to. Great place! Mrs Linda is great with the pets and so kind!
Dr. Randy is the best! He loves our pets like we do. Front desk staff leave a lot to be desired but the overall loving care of the vets and techs make up for it.
This was our first time, called yesterday, spoke with Emily, she was off today, hope to meet her next time! But everyone was Awesome to my Grand Dog Pritz, and myself! Many Thanks!
My baby was sent here by refferal. She got the care she needed. We would call at all hours to check on her, they answered our questions and offered us to go and visit with her. Our minds were put at ease being so far away from her.
dog died in their care. very robotic and when I cried on the phone the person who called me offered no sympathy or COMPASSION. just said price of cremation and that someone would call me monday about "the bill". I'm devastated. I was crying and didn't even get an "I'm sorry for your loss". horrible experience and I would NEVER GO BACK. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW.
