I, too has the exact same experience as the other negative review left considering billing and a lackluster therapist (likely the same one since we live in the next small town over). Our benefits were verified covered at 100% from the previous year and the start of 2020. I had concerns about the quality of therapy my son was receiving but since he was receiving services in his ABA clinic and the staff advised everything was seemingly going fine, I continued services.
