This place sucks . Very unsafe and dirty
When I moved in my tub was filthy, the AC didn't work and the porch light is dangling wires. The AC is still struggling to keep it below 80F during the day and the stove exhaust doesn't vent, the bathroom exhaust is broken and the cheap flooring has glue coming from between the laminate strips. Add to all of that, the leasing office people are terrible property managers who care nothing for tennants and continually blame others for their ineptitude.
I regret living here...I've had this smell in my apt and it's mold and even cumn from the water or it's n the pipes... My sister can't even come into my apt.because of her asthma...I try to reported but nothing... My lease is ending until July.. Just trying to hang in there...Their late charger's are outrageous... 100.00 and $15 after that...
It's a dump... Management consists of 2 racist Mexican women who don't like white people. They don't clean the grounds & there are 5 units within 50 yards of mine who all have broke ac unit that they claim there's nothing wrong with. Don't live here... Whatever you do
The complex is in a convenient location. It's quiet because there is no landscape to maintain. There is not any covered parking, the units are old and beat up appliances, laundry room is not maintained and it's unlocked which homeless to go into, dark outside most of the complex, pool is locked more that unlocked, trash all over, and the picnic tables aren't usable.
