I lived at the Riveria Apartment's for 8 months. The apartments have an infestation of roaches. We made a complaint to the landlord several times about the roaches only to end up paying for out of pocket for exterminator's to spray. The pool has been with green water for 2 months now as of today. The electric wiring is faulty. The Land Lord has left a broken refrigerator up front for a month.
