Worst landlord. Nice at first (considering we had no heat for 3 days because he didn't set it up and we had to wait 2 hrs outside until his wife brought the keys). Manipulative, hustling... charged us 400 to fix washer and dryer on our security deposit. It was so bad that I sucked it up just to get out this awful situation.
