The ease of making an appointment and the quality of help is beyond expectations. I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. I have gotten an oil change and I didn’t have to wait any extra time then it took for them to do the oil change. I am so very pleased and will never go anywhere else . The customer service was also outstanding . Very happy customer !!!
Terrible customer service, service manager doesn't even listen, just talks over you
My mother brought her car in for an oil change and inspection. As you will see from the attached photos, she was taken advantage of, including a $46 charge for odor spray - which is not required for inspection. We receive a phone call asking if they could change the windshield wipers to pass inspection. When she returned to pick up the car, she was shocked to see a bill for $942 when she had only authorized oil change, inspection, brakes and windshield wipers.
