Very unprofessional experience with the manager, Ken. I originally left a 1-star review after bringing my car in for a turbo coolant leak. My review simply described my experience, which was that the shop found no leak and was unable to explain where the coolant was disappearing to (attached). I was told to call back if the tank became empty again, which it did, so I called back today and Ken informed me there was a note on my account stating that I "bashed them online" and was "never welcome back". Did a 60k service with Tranny fluid change. 3 months later the Engine light comes on. I take it in for service and they immediately tell me I need to buy a new Transmission ($31,000). I called another Nissan service center who tells me to "tell them to check the fluid and/or pressure sensors." I ask these guys to check the fluid. They don't, instead they charge me another diagnostic fee and tell me "We had a specialist look at it. It needs a new transmission." I end up taking the car to another shop. The ease of making an appointment and the quality of help is beyond expectations. I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. I have gotten an oil change and I didn’t have to wait any extra time then it took for them to do the oil change. I am so very pleased and will never go anywhere else . The customer service was also outstanding . Very happy customer !!!
