Holy cow I’m the 1,000th car sold! Even if I weren’t, I was treated like family! On a Saturday, they stayed late just to make my sale. Long story short: a Mazda CX-5 saved my life. I was involved in a T-Bone accident where I landed on the roof. I walked out of the car with just some internal injuries (concussion, whiplash, etc) but I WALKED! The car did its job. Great experience at Riverhead Mazda! I purchased a new 2025 CX-70, and was treated with utmost respect and courtesy throughout the entire process. The personnel explained to me in very specific detail all about the paper work involved and specially sales associate Robyn, took her time explaining to me the ins and outs of the vehicle I purchased. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.
If you are buying a Mazda do yourself a favor and buy it from Riverhead Mazda. Jennifer is an absolute joy to work with, along with her team. Jennifer sent plenty of videos and pictures and walked me through the purchase process. I was comfortable enough to buy the car without test driving. She sent me short videos of my Mazda MX-5 being inspected at the shop and it being loaded onto the flatbed for delivery, which looked and sounded great. Picked up a 2025 Mazda CX-50 from Riverhead Mazda and it was a great experience from start to finish. I had been looking and test driving down in Florida and knew the make, model and trim package I wanted.
