My experience has been over the top. I am so impressed with the way. The team works together one’s not higher than the other. They showed such willingness. I was very impressed. I just got my 2025 Mazda CX-50 2.5 Turbo Meridian Edition AWD from Riverhead Mazda, and it’s awesome! The process was so easy, and I got a great trade-in value. Jefferson, Gerson, and Jennifer made everything smooth and welcoming. As a new dealership, I wish them all the best—they’ve earned it! I’m really happy with my purchase.
My husband and I had the absolute best experience at Riverhead Mazda! Most dealerships are very pushy but not here. Our saleswoman Robyn was so sweet and patient with us, she truly wanted us to be happy with whatever we picked. We were without any vehicle when we showed up to the dealership, we had to take the bus there. Jennifer was so incredibly kind and drove us home! The most wonderful dealership ! Extremely helpful, not pushy at all, very knowledgeable and even serves snacks !! My wife was difficult to please and our salesman, Brian, and sales manager, Gerson, were patient and found her a perfect car !! The car is fantastic.
