This Lincoln of Riverhead dealership did the right thing by me and treated me right. Salesman Bill and financial manager Mark were awesome. They were efficient, honest, and cared about my business. Lincoln of Smithtown tried to charge me $1000 to buy out my lease as a sales fee for doing paperwork. I called Lincoln of Riverhead and they were polite and courteous and did it for nothing. Lincoln is a great product. Tom Hart is very thorough in his knowledge as a sales person. Tom is very patient and takes time to explain all my questions. Especially with the new technology and my lack of skills in technology. I will remain a return customer always asking for Tom Hart in sales. Manager Tommy Williams has assembled an outstanding team of people both in sales and service.
