Had a problem with my expensive watch that a previous Jewler couldn't figure out, took it to Riverhead Gold & Silver, called me back , said what the issue was and asked if I still wanted it fixed. They gave me a great price to fix the watch along with a guarantee. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely do buisness with them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.
The service was excellent. Joe was very friendly and helpful. My watch was fixed quickly and is better than new. What a great establishment.
