They did fast and excellent problem solving on my f150. Figured out the problem, ordered the parts, installed they well, and quickly. I had a warranty and Anna the service manager made everything a breeze. This is my new go to dealer for service.

I go out of my way to deal with Riverhead Ford ... The service staff are Amazing! Wayne and the rest of the staff are always pleasant and theybtake the time to explain the services and the fees associated with the service so NO surprises when the bill comes ... The waiting area is always clean and they treat my Vehicle with so much care ... Love this place!!!!
