Riverhead Ford was the only place that didn’t try to make me wait MONTHS for my car to be evaluated when my transmission blew. I was able to tow it to them immediately and they looked at it within the week. Once they determined the MANY issues, they started work on it immediately and were able to fix the very large job as quick as possible. They did fast and excellent problem solving on my f150. Figured out the problem, ordered the parts, installed they well, and quickly. I had a warranty and Anna the service manager made everything a breeze. This is my new go to dealer for service.
