I have lived in a few different complexes. This one’s been my favorite. I have been here a couple years now. One of the great things about this place is Santi the maintenance guy.He’s definitely good at what he does, and I’m always surprised how quickly he completes the requests. Austine the property manger is also really great. I was rushed to sign papers in the office for my apartment. I never got a fob or key to get into anything. The manager said I signed papers saying I got it, which I never received. Now they say I have to pay $50 to get one to replace the one I never received. I also requested handicapped toilets that I can actually get up from and was told that I would get them and have not got them yet.
Came over got it done and works wonders now without any leaking thank you for the help.
Just moved in, 3 small issues I reported and they were all fixed the next day!
