I am disappointed with how this request was handled. I reported a stain on my ceiling because I was worried it could be from a water leak. The maintenance technician came to my apartment and painted over it, but the stain is still visible through the paint. During the visit, the technician said he was already aware of the issue and it had never been properly taken care of, which increased my concern. Just moved in. Seems nice, peaceful and friendly!! I have my pup with me and the trails and river being practically at my doorstep is amazing!!
Apartment has a lot of creaking spots in the floor. Apartment has a strong fireplace Oder that will not go away! The complex always has a cigarette/Marijuana smell when I leave the unit. This is the first complex I have lived at that allows cigarette smoking on the property. Unit is very noisy from road noise. Staff is nice though!
