I just wanted to say how great Elias has been in responding to my maintenance requests. He always comes within an hour of me submitting a request and does a stellar job. I feel like he goes way out of his way to make sure everything is done correctly and to my liking. He then asks if I need anything else and gets that done, too! He is so kind and so responsive. Please keep him around!!
