I regret living here so much; it was the worst experience of my life. Customer service is absolute garbage; they treat you poorly and don't explain your obligations in a timely manner. Be warned: maintenance requests come with extra fees. They are willing to take advantage of you and your good intentions just to line their own pockets with a few extra dollars.
