Clean and quiet for the most part, but it could be a lot quieter at times, just putting that out there. And the maintenance team for as long as I've lived here are great! AC went out in the blazing hot summer. The maintenance man Eric took care of the order super quick! And fixed the issue the correct way and fast. And that's all I ask.
