Matthew has been extremely helpful to me! He patiently waited me through all my questions and allowed me to call and pester him as much as I needed without any frustration or angst. I have the deepest appreciation and respect for his service and knowledge to the business and community.
The maintenance supervisor Henry really is the glue to the apartments to me because he makes sure we are all taken care of, he makes it feel like we are a little village here, if he needs to he will always work really late hours just to make sure his customers are taken care of, I personally had a problem with my front door, which was a decently big problem for me, and he had it fixed with a few days, So I appreciated that very much, anyone that has his services should feel privileged because I do.
I advise you to check your apartments before moving. I've been trying to solve a thousand problems for two months. I'm in a very deteriorated apartment, super dirty carpet, super old tub and I stopped telling the most illogical thing is that they don't listen to me in administration
