Updated Review — Improving, but Started Rough I’ve lived here for about a month, and the move-in experience was honestly pretty rough. When I arrived, the apartment wasn’t in the condition it should’ve been. There were sticky walls, hair, and roach droppings in several spots, including on the lights, smoke detector, and showerhead. Also I didn’t receive my trash valet bin until two days ago even though I have payed $50 so far in mandatory trash valet fees. I have lived in this community for a month now. I moved in and discovered I had a problem with my disposal and tub. Henry came in fixed my disposal and also my tub which was stopped up. He unclogged the tub and now all is working fine. I really like it here. The grounds are kept very nice and I feel safe here.
