Passing through from visiting my daughter and had gotten pretty sick and was running fever. I stopped in and they took great care of me.
Went in this afternoon for cough that was aggravating my asthma. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They did everything I would do for my own patients and actually listened. Shante Daniels was awesome. Hooked me up with prescriptions for everything I might need to treat myself at home. I've been other places and had to argue for the medicines I know work for me (I'm not talking about any narcotics either) and still didn't get what I needed. Love this place was in and out in 20 minutes (give or take). Have a severe ear infection (nurse about fell out when she looked in my ear). Got two shots and prescriptions. I was feeling good by the time I got to Sonic. Thank you to my nurses they were very nice, professional and caring.
Had my mother-in-law in and out within 2 1/2 hours! Professional and caring staff.
I went to this facility and was asked for my insurance cards. I showed them my insurance cards and she made copies of them, after I wrote my name on application and never even finished my application, I told them that I did not want to be seen by the doctor after all and left. They however billed my insurance for a visit and other work when I never entered their doors. I had to use this clinic last Friday with my 11mth old son! They were very nice and we got in quick without much wait time at all. Our pediatrician was closed by the time I got off work. I would recommend this to anyone with small children who become sick after hours with something not life threading. They accept all major insurance and Medicaid.
