The best part about this apartment is the location, the fitness center, and that you have access to the people mover. The hot tub has not properly worked the whole two years I’ve stayed here. The elevators are always down so be prepared to take the stairs or long wait times. They have new people in the office that don’t know what they are talking about and will give you a bs answer and send you on your way. Run!!!! Thats all I will say .( For now) EDIT: It's hilarious I get a response here. Please understand that nasty manager will sit in her office not take calls, does not respond to emails, refuse to meet with you, etc etc she is so busy. Busy doing nothing. ADDRESS EVERYONE!
AVOID at ALL COSTS: elevators do not work. There are 3 elevators in tower 100- only 1 works at a time— 2 if you’re lucky. Corporate office does NOT respond: due to elevators being down in tower 100 I took the stairs to floor 3 (to the skywalk / parking garage), I could not access floor 3 due to the door handle being broken. I walked across the street to the parking garage where I proceeded to get stuck in the elevator. 7/21/2025 I requested documentation of elevator entrapment with NO response. I really want to give this place a 5 star rating but I can’t after living here for less than a year I see the vibrant lack of care for maintenance ! Do not move here it’s a facade to a really dumpy appt complex I came home from work at 2 am to see a line of people by the elevators: Ladies with luggage tired from a long flight really made me feel sorry for them because of what I’m about to share with you : None of the three elevators in the whole building worked due to poor maintenance and lack of care from ownership - someth... read more
