Do not live here!!! This is the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had and I’ve lived in quite a few buildings between various states. The leasing office is the worst. Maintenance is terrible. For the price of rent the upkeep of the buildings is terrible. They prey on people for every cent because they are defaulting on their private loan. We were left without heat for almost a week in below freezing temperatures last winter and maintenance fixed it by putting a trash bag over the heating unit for days. Our apartment was k... read more

AVOID at ALL COSTS: I’m not sure how this place is allowed to continue to accept new residents. UPDATE: 12/12/2025: My boyfriend got added to the lease, leasing office signed the transfer & gave me a copy of it in JUNE. As of today, he is not added onto my lease. They sent me a NEW lease contract with NO CONTEXT in August. This is how I found out that they forgot to add him??? My time there was disappointing to say the least. This place needs a revamp from the inside out. Positives of this place is the convenience store, the view of the river, access to the people mover and Justin the maintenance man. That’s it that’s all! Everything else is absolutely TERRIBLE! Everything is always broken! The very few amenities they have there do not work or are being “fixed” most of the gym equipment is outdated and broken.
