I really want to give this place a 5 star rating but I can’t after living here for less than a year I see the vibrant lack of care for maintenance ! This is day two (2) and already these reviews have proven to be true. After a week of anxiety coordinating moving companies/deliveries back and forth with management, the ELEVATORS did not work, my key fob is inoperable (only 1 given), and the apt lock is unaligned forcing me to be locked out for an hour wait on maintenance. If I never left the apartment, this place is a dream, but since I do not plan to live as a nun, the management must get it together. The view is nice but this is an awful place to live. Most of the residents are messy and disrespectful. The security gates are constantly broken because of people breaking in and driving through them. The elevators are constantly down. The complex is ratchet and I feel like I’m living in glorified section 8 housing.
Updated Review: 1 Star – Avoid Riverfront, Shady Practices Initially gave 5 stars, but my experience turned sour after moving out. The front desk is incompetent and tried to scam me out of a $200 transfer refund owed since last November—thankfully, I had email proof to fight it. I still am. Now they’re charging me $650 for an oven that was already dirty when I moved in. I barely used it, and this is an old apartment, so the condition is likely just age-related wear.
