First and foremost- i transferred my lease from neighboring River Plaza, and management made a transfer very easy and affordable for us. We have been very happy with our first-floor 2br apartment here, Very affordable, good location: close enough to the city to cheaply uber downtown for a night out, but far enough that it's decently safe. We have central air, which is a HUGE perk for this price point. This place is beautiful to live and raise a family but it is unfortunate they give you false hopes & you also lose your money signing the application if you're credit is low don't bother in wasting your money here you won't get it.

The building is dirty and there are a lot of rats and in the end they do not return your deposit for unknown reasons You will see the mice every day and in addition they steal your deposit
