when I called to schedule an appointment the lady that answered the phone was rude. She was interrupting. She wouldn’t let me get a word in and she specifically said “we are a premium shop and you don’t sound like you would be a good match for us“ I was happy to spend money at this establishment but they wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say or give me an opportunity to speak.
