TripAdvisor has shown this resort as all inclusive but when we arrived, nothing was included inside of the room and two pools. No meals, no beverages. When I questioned the manager, he suggested that if we were unhappy that we could leave. Four people were reserved for the room, only three towels, two coffee cups, two water glasses.

This was probably one of the worst resort hotels I have ever stayed at for the price we paid. The room felt dirty and old/dated. if someone ordered room service, it would be left for days outside the rooms in the hallway. When we arrived, our door jam was completely lose and the screws were hanging out. We informed the front desk but they said they could not do anything about it since the maintenance people were not in until the next day. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the outdoor pool and the two sweet girls working at the Tiki Bar. Hotel is extremely outdated. Beds, mattresses, furniture (many pieces were broken), the shower head was awful. Turned it on and it flooded the bathroom floor. Food was also overpriced, for mozzarella sticks by the pool and it was $8 for THREE of them. They were delicious, but way too expensive. Would not stay here again.
Had one of the best times we ever had on vacation. Room was great with a beautiful view of Boldt castle..Dj sugar bear was amazing rocking by the pool and tiki bar. Met so very many friendly people. Can't wait till next time.
Very nice resort! Only thing I would suggest if free coffee in the Lobby. Will be back next year!

We had a lovely time on the river. Riveredge Resort handled the wedding beautifully and the views were to die for. The people there are kind and Big Daddy the bar tender at the tiki bar ROCKED it.
The front desk staff almost seemed bothered we were checking in - could not even smile .. ..however I did like rooms, shower was nice , nice views all about . Breakfast was great ( we ate in the restaurant one morning, had room service the next morning both were good) .. tried dinner outside but the bugs were so bad we moved indoors . The calamari came out lukewarm , and it had no taste - so bland yuk . Clam chowder barely had clams in it .. and why does everything close at 9pm ? Pools and restaurants closed by 9 .
