Recommendedreal nice hotel. it was clean and well maintained only problem was with them having a live band play until about midnight.
My daughter just had her wedding here. Great staff, Beautiful place. Sue and Justin were such a big help with coordinating her wedding and helping with everything down to the smallest details. Food was great. I would highly recommend having your special day here.

As first time patrons here, absolutely the WORST experience ever! Super loud music on weekends that wakes up your children. I'm all for live music but nothing needs to be that loud to disturb other patrons! Or put those travelling with children. on an upper floor away from the noise! At over $200 a night, please look for somewhere else to stay unless you like to party then this is the place for you and a huge waste of money. Front desk staff absolutely NO help on the matter! I wouldnt even rate this hotel at 1 star.
Beware they have a super loud live band every Saturday night. Great if you want to party not so great if you enjoy sleep.
My husband and I recently chose to stay there because we enjoyed it a few years ago. However, this time our accommodations were subpar. Upon coming home, I e-mailed your customer service listing numerous issues (which I am not going to re-list here.) No acknowledgment or response was received, so I e-mailed again. I'm still waiting. Definitely a central spot to be with a perfect view of Boldt Castle. Aging facilities but still clean and friendly.
