My husband and I rarely get away having two young children and a dog. We were very excited for our valentines weekend package. The food was incredible and the servers we had were very nice. Now for the bad...This was expensive and to think that we were uncomfortable the whole time because the heat was either not working or they had it too low is unacceptable, it does not matter the temperature outside. Had a wonderful stay here at Riveredge. . Food at the bistro was excellent and our room was great with fantastic views.. We will definitely visit again
Our stay was very enjoyable. The weather was great the whole time. The tiki bar was a great place to relax and have cocktails. The bar inside was classy. They were offering 10% exchange to welcome us Canadian boaters. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Already making plans to come back.
Rooms are clean and service is always great. Beautiful views of the main channel and Boldt Castle from the 2 restaurants. Could use some updating, but all in all a great place to stay in the bay.
Had a fantastic stay. Front desk manager (Crystal) was amazing. We had some issue's with our camper and needed a room right away to warm up and dry off. She had us all set up the moment we walked in. Room was spotless! So glad to see great customer service back at this hotel once again. Best view of the castle!
