Trying to rent one bedroom apartments for $850 plus electric after the remodel and they don't even have central a/c. That's close to $300 over what all one bedrooms at nearby complexes rent for. That's nuts GREED MUCH?

Kelly is such a pleasure to work with. Great job putting this one in charge! She always answers even when I have called after hours. She makes sure everything I needed help with gets done and quickly! Kelly our apartment and the grounds have never looked better. Our living experience is so much better since she arrived. The maintenance guys are great as well quick fixes to any issues.
Under NEW MANAGEMENT!! Lots of updating taking place!! Looking forward to the transformation!!
