I love RiverCrest! I have lived here over a year and it’s been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful! It’s a great apartment for anyone but especially for those attending Baylor because of the great location!

I decided to chose Rivercrest based on location, price, and in-unit laundry before I ever stepped foot in Texas. I was so worried about choosing a place before being able to see it since I was coming from out-of-state. Fortunately, I made a great choice! Love the staff here at Rivercrest! The pool is great, maintenance is quick, and the community is quiet and friendly! Been here for two years and have loved it! It is especially great if you plan on going to Baylor Law school. It is like 3 minutes away from the school.
My family and I have been living here for almost 3 years, and have no complaints. The office staff are like friends, and the maintenance guys are prompt, efficient, and friendly. The pool area is also great!
I've lived at Rivercrest for almost a year now, and I haven't had a complaint since day one! If I happen to stay here in Waco post graduation it's definitely the place I'd stay, if not then I will definitely recommend it as the best spot to land in the city! It's been an awesome year here.
Where do I even begin?! I've lived at Rivercrest for a little over 2 years now and it's been an amazing living experience. The rent is very reasonable. I only pay extra for electricity and water. They have free fast wifi and cable. The maintenance team here is awesome. If I ever have an issue they contact me in about a day or less and fix the issue ASAP. This is huge for an apartment complex. Great apartment complex! Excellent amenities, friendly and professional staff, coffee, and within walking distance to the Baylor Sciences Building. Would 11/10 recommend!
