Worst experience. Lived here in 2012 and was much better.. management is unreliable... will take u to court and corporate member of team who has no idea wat goes on at property will lie about EVERYTHING...THEY allow people to steal from property.. THEY allow homeless people to come in and out.. pool is nasty and I got a sinus infection missed work.. card was stolen from my vehicle on their property. So far so good, especially for the area and piece point. Has room for improvement, but then again, doesn't everything.
To anyone who lives here just remember the pool is NEVER open!!! They shut this pool down all year long because they do not care about their residents. Do not expect to have a pool u pay for at all in this community. Also maintenance is terrible here!!! We have been trying to get the air filter to the air conditioning changed for months and no answers the phone!!! By law the filter should be changed out every six months but they won't even do that!!! I would advise not living here unless you have no other option and that's f... read more
I loved it at first until I had an incident happened. Don’t live here it’s people breaking in cars & they only excuse is they don’t have cameras where I’m at which is crazy because why this whole community don’t have cameras for safety & issues like this. I find it funny whoever broke into my car know it wasn’t cameras where I was at
I'm a current resident and I truly appreciate the professionalism of the maintenance man Chance..he is straightforward and truly want to help..he would go over and beyond for my family to fix and replace different things when they break or common errors on our part....which is amazing ..His professionalism is rare these days...I snuck a of him fixing the restroom...
