Spoke with a lady(can’t even remember her name) but she was rude after inquiring about a house and apartment. She basically said it could take months to get in so it would be a waste of time to actually apply. She just kept reiterating that it take take a while and I’m like “ok” after the first few times but she kept saying it which only indicates she didn’t want me to apply because it could take awhile to get in! Bad place to go they don’t do nothing but have attitude
I have been living here since 2013 and now I see improvements and people taking care of Riverchase apts it’s wonderful to see the work and improvements being done also the office staff are really great at getting leases and everything done ahead of time it’s fantastic when people work together thank you
Been living here since 2010.. Pros: Ballfield and walking track..Shopping center, convenience stores, 3 Dollar Stores and two Walmarts all within a 5 minute drive!! The Balconies!! Separate Laundry room with washer and dryer.. in unit!!! Its pretty quiet out here. I never see stray animals running about. I've never dealt with mold or mildew. They keep the grounds up very well.
