Great place nice thing. Sales are great with so many options to choose from.It was a small place ,but still nice.
It was nice!! EXCEPT The bathrooms in Belks!! was nasty!! & associates acted as if it normal for it to have used toilet paper on floor. Toilet occupied with boo��!! It was stinking & nasty !! No paper towel!!

Dear Riverchase Galleria, Your mall could be so nice without all those guys that hawk their wares in the center of the mall. They jump out at you, try and grab you and ignore my looks of disdain trying to sell their wares...I went last week for the first time in a while and except for that, everything was so nice...Guess it will be a while before I go back...The harassment ruined my enjoyment that day.
I am super irritated! I just had surgery a week ago & got so sick of sitting at home. I met a friend here for lunch. I've used the wheelchairs in the past but this time they told me you don't loan them out anymore. I am currently in pain & can not shop. You lost a customer today �
